DeleteHi, I am Nathan from Lutheran High School. I agree that human trafficking and domestic violence are important issue in our society today. In your blog you do a great job of talking about what human trafficking is as well as what constitutes as domestic violence. Obviously education on theses subjects is one way to help prevent both, however what are some other ways that people can work to reduce the rate of human trafficking as well as domestic violence?
ReplyDeleteA lot of studies have been done that suggest that when people (especially women) are given more opportunities for education and personal advancement the problem decreases in severity. Awareness and encouragement to get help or report the situation are the main ways to decrease the problem locally.
